What a delight to revisit the @bordgaisenergytheatre for another mesmerizing musical production! This week, we had the pleasure of experiencing the timeless classic @fiddlerontheroofuk, a poignant tale of tradition, family, and resilience set in 1905's Anatevka. The Jewish milkman Tevye @matthewwoodyatt, a devoted father of five daughters, faces challenges to his values from both his family and the evolving world around him. Will he find a way to balance his heritage and his love for his children? With breathtaking front-row seats, we felt like we were part of the story, locked in a direct gaze with the talented cast. No surprise this musical is considered one of the greatest of all time, thanks to its iconic songs like 'If I Were A Rich Man', 'Tradition', 'Matchmaker', and 'Sunrise, Sunset'. The packed theatre erupted in a standing ovation, a testament to the incredible production.
